‘Fat of the Land’

The Barossa Valley is an amazing place with rich history that has cultivated a vibrant community thriving on the Fat of the Land. Famed for its ancient Shiraz vineyards, some dating back to the 19th century, the wines from this compact yet proud region mirror its history and its people. The Barossa's distinct meso-climates, varying elevations, and myriad soil types allow for the creation of a wide array of Shiraz expressions.

The ‘Fat of the Land’ series is dedicated to showcasing the subregions of the Barossa and the contrasting styles of Shiraz that emerge from this dynamic locale.

'Cold Sweat Range'
