|2005 McLaren Vale Cabernet Sauvignon
Our First Drop crusade set sail in 2004 with one mission, to bring fun and flavour to the world of wine, and a vow, to make some kick arse booze.
Votum is only bottled when a parcel of rare typicity and quality is discovered that showcases the variety, region and vintage in all its glory.

2005 First Drop Cabernet Sauvignon Votum McLaren Vale
Dark ruby. Pungent cherry skin and cassis aromas are complemented by pipe tobacco and anise. Sappy, penetrating dark fruit flavors pick up notes of mocha and black pepper with air, along with a subtle floral nuance. Closes sweet and long, with resonating spiciness and a hint of singed plum. 92pts
